Dear Mary,dear Daisy ...some small step for a women, but a higher step for the mankind. my english is so terrible but i wish you and daisy enought luck, on your way at this expedition. I´m counting the days, and see you at the top of mount everest. Tis is the roof of our world, and i think you must have a partner at your expedition, my favourit - the dalai lama. Silly old woman! I am sure that this is a joke, because otherwise you are mentaly ill and have to be stopped. If you want to risk your life in doing this foolish thing, it's your decision, but you do not have the right to risk the life of an innocent dog. |

I just can't imagine why anyone would take this seriously, an 85-year old with a walking cane ??? In the category of getting some easy money, it's a good one. Not that you will be lucky there. If so, then I'll attempt  Mt. Blanc next year.

I saw your story on mounteverest.net. What a way to go! Will you be able to go without sponsors? You will need a good guide. Good Luck. So far the oldest person to summit was 70 years old. Give it a good try. |
